" Dylan and his team were so wonderful to work with. Our home inspector told us that we would likely need our waste water pipe replaced under our almost 100-year-old house. We contacted several large companies, who all quoted us between $10,000-$20,000. This was confusing to us, as they all told us that they could not do a camera inspection because there was no access point - and they would therefore need to just replace everything. We got Dylan's name from a colleague and were told he'd be transparent and honest. Dylan came out, replaced the metal stack in our basement, accessed the full system by camera, and showed us that our clay pipes were in perfect condition. The new (plastic) pipe will give us access in the future if we ever want to check things out - but clearly no work is needed anytime soon. Dylan saved us AT LEAST $9,000 and gave us so much peace of mind. We were so grateful for his honesty, and he will be our go-to plumber from now on - without question. We are incredibly grateful!"
